Rich Look

President

Richard Look has marketing in his blood, literally. His grandfather founded William Jenkins Advertising in 1923, and Richard became the youngest president of the oldest Philadelphia ad agency in 1991, following his father’s death.

Richard has a solid background in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors, handling accounts for Hewlett-Packard, Novartis, Comcast Cellular, Johnson & Johnson (clinical labs), and SmithKline Beecham. He headed up account service groups within Kingswood Interactive and McAdams, Richman & Ong. A corporate-side stint with alternative risk consultant Commonwealth Risk started him on his path to becoming an insurance marketing specialist. He then joined Venture Programs in 2003, founded Vertibrands in 2007, and has been the face of MGA marketing ever since.  Richard has worked with more than 75 insurance brands including Brownyard Group, NIP Group, CATcoverage.com and Glatfelter to name a few.

Richard also launched the Insurance Media Exchange (IMX), a first-of-its-kind, end-to-end, digital marketing platform for insurance marketers. In recognition of his contributions, he was honored with the 2024 IMCA Trailblazer Award by the Insurance Marketing & Communications Association which he served 14 years on the board including board chair.

Rich Pierangeli

Client Services Director

Rich is Client Services Director with 20+ years insurance marketing experience including 17 with Vertibrands. He brings a wealth of account services experience to his role and has worked with 50+ MGUs, Insurance Companies and Insurtech providers. With several years on the client side, his perspective is service-oriented, and he is proficient at delivering unsurpassed service to key accounts.

As the key contact for client relations and liaison between strategic partners, he is responsible for account management and coordination of integrated client marketing initiatives. Focusing on ROI, he oversees Graphic Design, Web Development, Content Development, Public Relations, Social Media and Digital Marketing efforts. Additionally, he manages vendor relations, media placements, as well as tradeshow and event management.

He is a graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Business. Rich enjoys vacationing on the beach and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan – his photograph has even appeared on a Flyer’s game-day Ticket Stub.

Jacqueline is always looking for the most effective creative approach to achieve results for her clients, and it shows — she has won numerous awards,including Best-in-Show honors and Awards of Excellence at the IMCA Showcase and AAMGA Marketing awards. She and her production team work with our interactive partners to develop multi-faceted concepts designed to improve the recall and preference for her clients’ brands.

A graduate of Philadelphia University, Jacqueline has 8 years of agency experience spanning B2B and B2C, from online tech startups and educational institutions to hospitality and government affairs organizations. She doesn’t just follow the market trends, she creates them. She is quick, detail-oriented and extremely talented. If you need a good recipe, ask Jacqueline — she loves to cook; one of her goals is to travel to a new country every year.
